Account and Data Deletion Instructions

Step 1: Accessing the Account Deletion Option

Open the app and navigate to the Profile tab.

Find and select Reset App Data.

Step 2: Understanding the Implications

All device data will be deleted, the app will be reset to initial state and you will be logged out.

Your user account will be marked for automatic deletion by the system.

Please ensure you have internet connectivity to allow the app to sync your settings before a reset is committed.

Step 3: Uninstalling the App

After initiating the deletion process, please uninstall the app from your device.

Important: If you reinstall the app before the grace period ends, your account may be reactivated, cancelling the deletion process.

Note: Account deletion, once finalised, is irreversible. Uninstalling the app is essential to avoid accidental account reactivation.
